odc.geo.xr.rio_reproject(src, dst, s_gbox, d_gbox, resampling, src_nodata='auto', dst_nodata='auto', ydim=None, **kwargs)[source]

Perform reproject from ndarray->ndarray using rasterio as backend library.

Parameters:

  • src (ndarray) – image as ndarray

  • dst (ndarray) – image as ndarray

  • s_gbox (Union[GeoBox, GCPGeoBox]) – GeoBox of source image

  • d_gbox (GeoBox) – GeoBox of destination image

  • resampling (Union[str, int, Resampling]) – str|rasterio.warp.Resampling resampling strategy

  • src_nodata (Union[float, int, str, None, Literal['auto']]) – Value representing “no data” in the source image

  • dst_nodata (Union[float, int, str, None, Literal['auto']]) – Value to represent “no data” in the destination image

  • ydim (Optional[int]) – Which dimension is y-axis, next one must be x

  • kwargs – any other args to pass to rasterio.warp.reproject

Return type:

ndarray
